That’s why in 2026 we’re partnering with a different Pittsburgh nonprofit each month, donating a portion of every Care Package sold to support organizations making a meaningful impact right here at home.
When you send one of our care packages filled with homemade, hand-dipped chocolates and gourmet treats, you’re not only brightening someone’s day, you’re also helping neighbors across our city receive the support they need.
It’s our small way of celebrating the neighborly spirit Pittsburgh is known for, reminding us all that kindness travels far, especially when shared.

In the spring of 2008 the idea of an overnight Bed and Breakfast with healing and restorative gardens, for caregivers, was born. Founder and Executive Director, Lisa Story, turned to nature and the dirt of the earth as a way to move through the grief of losing of her father. Learning horticultural therapy, Lisa began pouring her pain in to the earth, creating healing and restorative gardens. Lisa realized there was a lack of support for caregivers in the Pittsburgh area to take a ‘short break’ away from the stress of caring for someone that truly offered a change of perspective.
